Our Scarsdale project in the prestigious St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton showcases SPACE Architects and Planners’ ability to reimagine and elevate residential design. What began as a modest single-story home was completely transformed into a lavish two-story estate, tailored to match the refined style and character of its surroundings. Through a complete architectural overhaul, we introduced grander proportions, modern amenities, and a striking new façade, all while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding community. The result is a stunning, custom-built residence that blends sophistication, functionality, and timeless design.
